Industry Week '26 room rates:

$319 standard room, single or double occupancy. $40 per night resort fee.
There is 15.5% tax, which includes the Occupancy Tax and Assessment/License Tax. An additional $1.25 Tourism Fee will apply daily. The total is $415.90 per night inclusive of taxes and resort fee.

A one-night room and tax deposit is required and must be charged to a credit card for reservations to be confirmed. The Gaylord Pacific Resort will refund the deposit if cancellation occurs 72-hours prior to your check-in date.

Reservations are subject to availability and
must be confirmed by Friday, September 25, 2026.

Good news! The Gaylord Pacific Resort has extended the Industry Week ’26 room rate for those who wish to arrive before the event to explore the resort and San Diego. The discounted rate, subject to availability, is valid starting as early as Friday, October 30.

Check-in Date:
Pinnacle meetings begin at 8:00am on Sunday, November 1. Please arrive on Saturday, October 31.

Industry Week '26 kicks off with General Session on Tuesday, November 3 at 8:00am.
Please arrive on Monday, November 2.

Check-out Date:
Plan your departure for anytime on Thursday, November 5.

Hotel reservations are NOT included in the meeting registration process. After you complete your meeting attendance registration, use the personalized link provided on your registration confirmation webpage to book your hotel reservation. Please use this link instead of contacting the hotel directly. If you call the hotel to make your reservation, make sure to reference Industry Week '26, powered by ISG, to receive the conference room rate. Toll free in the U.S. & Canada at (866) 489-2500.

The Gaylord Pacific Resort room rate is based on a standard room without a guaranteed bed type. Specific bed types can be booked for an additional cost during the reservation process.

The Resort Fee includes resort wide WIFI for up to 6 devices per room, fitness center access with daily yoga/boot camp class, access to the four-acre Water Park, and 2-hours of complimentary bike rental.

The conference room rate is available for Industry Week attendees from Monday, November 2 through Thursday, November 5, 2026. Pinnacle Meeting attendees will be able to confirm the conference room rate starting on Saturday, October 31. Rooms are subject to hotel availability.

ISG MEMBERS: BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOM, PAY THE ONE NIGHT DEPOSIT AND PAY THE BALANCE UPON DEPARTURE. YOU WILL BE REIMBURSED AFTER THE EVENT CONCLUDES WITH SUBMISSION OF THE HOTEL REIMBURSEMENT FORM AND DETAILED HOTEL RECEIPT.

Hotel Reimbursement for ISG Members:

ISG Members MUST stay at Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center in our group room block to be reimbursed for your hotel room expense. Your dealership must stay for a minimum of Tuesday, November 3 and Wednesday, November 4, with a maximum of up to 3 nights reimbursement, including Monday, November 2. One hotel room reimbursement (up to three nights) per dealership.

Hotel Reimbursement for ISG Pinnacle Principals:

ISG Pinnacle Member Principals MUST stay at Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center in our group block to be reimbursed for your hotel room expense. Two nights, Saturday, October 31 and Sunday, November 1 will be reimbursed for those that attend the Pinnacle One-on-One Meetings. Another 3 nights, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, November 2, 3, and 4, can also be reimbursed for attending the remainder of Industry Week '26.

Registration deadline to submit your hotel reimbursement form and copy of your hotel bill is December 4, 2026.
